Based in Southampton we provide an array of services related to finishing, including powder coating, wet spray painting and alloy wheel refurbishment amongst many others.
To ensure our in-house and off-site painting are of the highest quality we have a dedicated Quality Control Manager and subject matter experts maintaining the highest standards at all times working to our quality system.
Premises
Operating from 4000 sq foot of production space, we take pride in maintaining a clean, professional and safe working environment, whilst guaranteeing quick turnarounds.
Heating, 'cooking'' facilities
Our largest oven measures 7m x 2.5m x 2.5m to handle sizable coating jobs.
Smaller high volume items will utilise our Camel Back Oven with 1.9m flight bars, serviced by three operatives, allows us to produce batch orders quickly and efficiently. We also operate a box oven capable of handling large cabinets, panels, architectural metalwork etc., giving us the flexibility to accomodate a vast range of products.
Our own transport enables us to achieve a fast local collection and delivery service.
